Shipping FAQ
Expedited options will be available in the checkout process for an increased charge.
APO/FPO deliveries are not eligible for shipping upgrades and must select Free Shipping via USPS. Most APO/ FPO shipments arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Sales tax will be collected on items shipped to addresses in Texas.
All fine jewelry items arrive in a gift box. Fashion jewelry pieces ship in a plastic pouch.
You will receive a confirmation email when your item ships. Depending on the value of the merchandise, and the shipping option selected, you will receive a tracking number you can use to view the latest updates.
Items over $1,000 require a signature for delivery.
